I disagree, I think they look fine, but then again "Graphical Consistency" has never been as much of an issue for me as others.

My brother just pointed out to me that Ed Harris, Viggo Mortgensen (sp?) and Jeremy Irons are basically pallete swaps of one another. I disagreed with this vehemently but I couldn't dispute his photographic evidence:

Sadly, I don't think so. If I get confirmation that it will never be completed, I will seriously consider asking for permission to (one day) make a fan completion. (Kind of like there are fan games and fan sequels, only slightly different.)

I'm not saying that team projects don't work, I"m just saying most team projects within the RM subculture of the indie scene often tend to be initially promising and ultimately, well, failgasmic.
Oh and in my experience it's usually people who don't know how to follow/be reliable than people who don't know how to lead...well actually, I've experienced both.
